Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ApplyFast (the "Service"). By installing the extension, creating an account, or submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Service
ApplyFast is a Chrome browser extension and supporting web service that helps pre-health students autofill health profession application portals (AADSAS, CASPA, AMCAS, and others) using data extracted from uploaded PDF documents such as resumes and transcripts. ApplyFast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any application service or institution.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account and Access
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payment Terms
The Free tier is available at no cost. The Pro tier is available as a one-time payment. Early adopter pricing ($29) applies to the first 100 purchasers; standard price thereafter is $40. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method.
Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the Pro autofill feature has not worked as described for your application portal. Contact us at support@applyfast.org.
5. Your Data and Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to application portals using this Service. ApplyFast autofills based on data you uploaded — always review every filled field before submitting any application. ApplyFast makes no warranty that autofilled data is correct, complete, or appropriate for any specific portal's requirements.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to application portals.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the extension.
- Using automated scripts or bots to access the Service's API.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content comprising the Service is owned by ApplyFast. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Your uploaded documents and extracted profile data remain yours.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers including Google (Gemini AI for document processing), Supabase (data storage), and Stripe (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' terms where applicable.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that autofill will work on every version of every application portal. We make no representation that using this Service will result in acceptance to any program.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
